What is the texture like?
This feels like a very smooth balm with melts easily with the heat of your skin

Is it scented?
I'd describe the scent as being spa-like, herbal, and medicinal in a clean kind of way.

My overall experience/comments on the product:
Let me be honest in saying that although the experience of using this product per its directions can be quite soothing and relaxing it's somewhat tedious for every day - they suggest you cleanse your face with this three times, then remove all traces of the cleanser, and hold the included muslin cloth on the face with it having been dipped in cold water at the end. I can imagine this would be great for a particularly heavy makeup day or if you're really in the mood to treat yourself but not for every day. The quickie way they suggest you do this is cleanse with it once, use the muslin cloth hot, and then use it cold to close up the pores. I also am not fond that the base of this is mineral oil. The mineral oil gives this its nice slip and allows it to be deeply cleansing of waterproof product however it's not the best for skin, especially if your skin is sensitive, because it's a heavy oil and can potentially clog the pores or trap other pore-clogging ingredients in the skin due to its deep penetrating properties. For a product at this price range they could've used alternatives such as calendula, which soothes the skin, or even coconut oil which is everybody's holy grail nowawdays. I have to say that for a product this pricey, I'm not as impressed as I could or should be and I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it when I have tried similar items that are more budget-friendly. Upon having used this I have to say that the entire process of the "spa" way of cleansing this is unnecessarily tedious and the included muslin cloth is actually too small to cover my entire face... it does feel nicely cleansing and moisturizing but I'd probably just do use this dry, work it into a milk or remove it with the muslin cloth, and then proceed to cleanse with my regular cleanser. I can't say that I'm wowed by this.
